It was founded in 2014 from the desire to improve the quality of medical services, the desire to offer medical aid to those who are suffering due to pathological, social or economic causes.
ASSOCIATION "HEALTH FOR ALL - DR. SCARLAT" is a private legal entity, apolitical, non-profit, operating under Government Ordinance regarding Associations and Foundations no. 26/2000, approved with amendments by Law no. 246/2005.
