The aim of the project Association "HEALTH FOR ALL - DR. SCARLAT" is to implement in our country another system of co-financing of health services similar with one that works successfully in many countries from Western Europe. The activity of each hospital (private or state) is co-financed besides the funds received from health insurance system (private or public) by funds raised by the foundations or non-profit associations.
For the beginning we intend to co-finance a range of medical services for people in social or financial difficulty.
A significant amount of the collected funds shall be invested for the acquisition of high performance equipment for ASMedica hospital.
Part of the funds will ensure subscriptions to worldwide prestigious medical journals for free access to the knowledge of the doctors. We will also provide the necessary funds to support training courses for doctors and medical staff with prestigious teachers from all over the world.
Association "HEALTH FOR ALL - DR. SCARLAT" SCARLAT” goal is a comprehensive and effective collaboration with Romanian doctors working abroad for the provision of medical services on a voluntary basis within ASMedica, for which the accommodation and meals must be financed. This kind of cooperation with recognized specialists shall provide besides the increasing of the professional level of the medical staff a very useful exchange experience regarding the human care sick.
We are open to any suggestion that might lead to improve the quality of medical services through the association, keeping in mind the goals and objectives of the statute.
